3-Axis CNC Milling
3-Axis CNC Milling is a cost-effective solution for a start-up. Mainly Used for Simple Geometry Parts Production.Such as Bearings for different Industries.
4-Axis CNC Milling
The main difference between 3-Axis, 4-Axis, and 5-Axis CNC Milling machines is the number of axes they can move along. A 3-Axis machine moves along X, Y, and Z, while a 4-Axis machine adds a rotational A-Axis and a 5-Axis machine adds a second rotational B-Axis. As the number of axes increases, the machine can create more complex shapes and geometries. Compared to a 3-Axis, a 4-Axis machine can produce more geometric shapes with higher accuracy. It can satisfy most of the machining needs.

Anodize
Anodize is an electrochemical process that converts the metal surface into a decorative, durable, corrosion-resistant, anodic oxide finish.
Powder Coating
Powder Coating adds a thin layer of Protective polymer on the surface of the Parts. It is a Strong Wear Resistance finish that is compatible with all Metal. Custom Color available.
As Machined
It is the Standard finish of our Parts. The “As Machined “has a roughness of 3.2 micrometers (126 micro inches). We Removed all sharp edges and burrs.
Brushing
Sandpapers brush parts with #400-600 grit, which results in a unidirectional Satin, a Finish Mostly used for aesthetic Purposes.
Black Oxidize
As one of the Conversion Coatings, Black oxidize is often used on Steel. It can improve Corrosion resistance Performance and reduce light reflection.
Bead Blasting
Part is Blasted with tiny glass beads using a Pressurized Air gun, which removes the Machine Marks and Adds a uniform matte and Texture to the Parts.
