CNC Lathing&Turning, Turning&Milling Compound Machining
A CNC Lathe uses a rotating workpiece while a cutting tool moves along the material to create a shape—they usually process Simple cylindrical geometrical parts. We used CNC Turning Machine with live tools that can make more complex geometrical components. STCNC has Milling-Turning Compound Machines capable of performing both milling and turning operations on a single workpiece without requiring multiple setups, which can save time and increase accuracy.

Available Surface Finishing
Anodize
Anodizing is an Electrochemical process that converts the metal surface into a Decorative, Durable, Corrosion-Resistant, Anodic oxide finish.
Powder Coating
Powder Coating adds a thin layer of Protective Polymer on the surface of the Parts.it is a Strong Wear Resistance finish that is Compatiable with all Metal. Custom Color available.
As Machined
It is the Standard finish of our Parts. The “As Machined “has a roughness of 3.2 micrometers (126 micro inches). We Removed all sharp edges and burrs.
Brushing
Parts are Brushed with Sandpapers #400-600 grit, which results in a Unidirectional Satin, a Finish Mostly used for Aesthetic Purposes.
Black Oxide
Black Oxide is one of the Conversion Coatings often used on steel. It can improve Corrosion Resistance Performance and reduce light reflection.
Bead Blasting
Part is Blasted with tiny glass beads using a Pressurized Air gun, which removes the Machine Marks and Adds a uniform matte and Texture to the Parts.
